Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with CV Tailor UK. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally do not offer refunds.

However, we acknowledge that technical issues can happen. If you cannot access the service or the tool fails to generate output due to a system error, we will issue a full refund.

Policy Details

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your original purchase.
  • Non-refundable cases: We do not refund for "change of mind" or if you simply decide not to use the tailored CV in your application.
  • Processing time: Refunds are processed immediately upon approval but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
